  2. Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return

For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be credited back to the original card used for purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement, depending on your financial institution's policies.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

5.1 Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defects. We will arrange for a return shipping label and provide a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

5.2 Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or product), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return shipping label and send you the correct item as soon as possible or provide a full refund if preferred.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as there is sometimes a processing delay

7. Canceled Orders

If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return procedure upon receiving the items.

If you return an item that was part of a promotion (e.g., "buy one, get one free" or came with a free gift), the promotional item or gift must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from your refund.
